Can I use this for heavy barbell hip thrusts? Yes. The vigorous setting is the closest match, but heavy loaded thrusts can exceed 5.5 MET. If you are lifting heavy, you can multiply the result by 1.2–1.3 as a rough adjustment, or treat it as a minimum estimate.
